About Carlos
Carlos E. Ulloa has been living in Southeast Florida for over 25 years. Graduated with a Bachelorette degree in Psychology from Florida International University and obtaining an MBA from the University of Phoenix while serving in the United Sates AirForce. In 2006, Carlos entered the Commercial Real Estate business receiving his Multi-Family specialty training from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Firm out of Fort Lauderdale. He has lived in many countries such as Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Germany, and Spain. Carlos’ experience in international business with South & Central America has opened his eyes to what it takes to successfully make deals happen with a diversity of cultures. He has recently completed the Certified International Property Specialist Designation as well as the Transnational Referral Certification which are tremendous tools to offer properties in Florida to a number of countries around the world.
